The Simpsons: The Krusty the Clown show gets bumped in the ratings by Arthur Crandall, a droll ventriloquist, and Gabbo, his excitable dummy. Gabbo is a huge hit, and Krusty's show is canceled as a result of falling ratings. It's up to Lisa and Bart to get Krusty's celebrity friends to create a comeback special for him.
