The Simpsons: After seeing Spinal Tap bring the house down (sort of) in concert, Bart decides he wants to learn how to play electric guitar. Meanwhile, Otto the bus driver loses his job after revealing he never got a driver's license and ends up at The Simpsons' house after getting evicted.
